CrowdfundingU Lite
Ready to start preparing for an equity crowdfunding campaign? Great! As you can imagine, there is quite a bit involved, and in our (vast) experience there is a bit of a learning curve ahead. So to help chunk it down, we've put this course together so you can learn what you'll need to do.
We highly recommend putting the time aside to learn the lingo and the process as it'll make your campaign journey vastly smoother - AND it's fully refundable against the cost of the complete CrowdfundingU programme when you get there - bonus!

Why do I need this course?
We have years of experience in helping businesses to set up campaigns. This is a step-by-step guide to help you understand what is ahead, and to prepare you with the tools, information, and a plan which will explain things to make raising capital easier and clearer.
How much is the course and what does it contain?
Up front cost is $400 + GST, which we'll discount from your CrowndFunding U Campaign Setup when youβre ready to prepare to launch an equity campaign.
5 videos and associated worksheets and templates
No deadlines - work on your own time schedule
Access to personalised support and help throughout the course
What documentation is needed?
Check you documents with your crowd: customers, staff
How long will the course take?
There are 5 videos - each approximately 30-45 minutes in length. We recommend that you put aside 1-3 hours for each topic, depending on where you're at with your business and thought processes. Take your time - don't rush, this is one of the main reasons why campaigns never go ahead... !
By the time you finish this course, you'll have learnt:
Whoβs in your cornerstone crowd and how to engage with them
How best to tell your unique story across all your documentation
How to pitch both to your crowd and media
You will also have a completed comms plan and Information Memorandum
1. Prepare: Who is in your team and your crowd?
2. Pitch: Business plans and achievements for you to create your main campaign documentation.
3. Plan: Plan your communications out to your crowd and how to get feedback from them.
4. Promo: Actual design of campaign and collateral, as well as the events you might run to build engagement and interest.
5. Finish: Wrap up, review, evaluate before moving ahead with your campaign!
