Now, you've hopefully raised the funds you need to make your project happen. Amazing! PledgeMe will send you a list of your pledgers, their contact details, their chosen reward, and the status of their payment to help you get started.
Aside from delivering the project, there are a few other things you still need to do:
Communicate - send an update out to all of your pledgers to say a massive thank you and set expectations for next steps. Send out updates while you're completing your project, and when you send out your rewards. Underpromise and overdeliver on all your timelines - we hear from all of our campaigners that everything took longer than they thought.
Fulfil your rewards - download your list of pledgers, and send out your rewards. If your rewards are running late, let your pledgers know. Add thank you notes (even though it takes time) and make sure your supporters feel loved for making their pledge.
Keep your crowd engaged - this might not be the only time you crowdfund! So figure out ways to keep your crowd engaged. Share your progress. Invite them to subscribe to your newsletter or follow you on social media. You never know when you might want to go back to them again.
