Since the companies raising are smaller and often earlier stage, they often are not allowed to provide financial projections or a definitive statement on returns.
How do I pledge as a trust?
If you are pledging on behalf of a trust, register as an investor and make the pledge in your name. Immediately after, please contact the PledgeMe team on contact@pledgeme.co.nz with the pledge ID and the trust details.
Can two different people invest using the same email address / PledgeMe profile?
Every investor needs to create their own PledgeMe account, register as an investor (via their PledgeMe account), and accept the terms and conditions. This means that two different people, even if they are spouses, cannot make two different investments using the same email address or PledgeMe profile. Multiple pledges/investments can be done via one PledgeMe account (even to the same campaign), but they will all be under one investment profile.
